自定义事件不执行，同时使用WiX的安装程序

Question

首次安装我试图开发利用SingnalR应用程序将安装到客户端机器，不断给我一个特定端口上进行更新。我使用WIX进行了客户端设置，并添加了一个自定义事件来将端口注册到客户端计算机。现在的问题是，当我要在客户端机器上首次运行安装程序时，我的自定义事件并未被解雇。但是如果我第二次运行安装程序，它会被解雇。我不知道是什么问题。
