您遗憾地发现不应使用的示例代码。要操纵现有的PDF，您应该使用PdfStamper，而不是PdfWriter。

您的代码（即使在复制所有页面后进行更正）也不会复制交互功能（表单，其他注释...）。而应该立足您对Webified iTextSharp ExampleStampText.cs代码的iText in Action — 2nd Editionchapter 6解释说：
