许可证问题：GPL版权标题

Question

我开始了一个新的GPL v2项目，该项目将建立在现有的GPL代码上。目前，其他项目的文件里面的标题是这样的：

现在，当我做了修改，我显然需要离开，机智的原始版权，按照许可，但需要加我的名字和归属。我应该怎么做？这可以接受吗？
