GitHub Desktop中的摘要和描述有什么区别？

虽然我不觉得它讨厌或类似的东西，但我只是想知道如何指定summary或description不同，同时使用GitHub上的桌面版本制作commit？我如何在终端上使用git commit来提供这两个？
