允许BasicHttpBinding处理自定义内容类型

我有一个客户端发送Soap11内容，但使用不同的内容类型。它不发送text/xml，但application/some-custom-header。

客户端收到以下异常 无法处理消息，因为内容类型'application/some-custom-header; charset=utf-8'不是预期类型'text/xml; charset=utf-8'。
