我认为有可能是一个极限某处日e同时连接的数量。或者，也许它在IIS设置或WCF服务配置中的东西。但我找不到什么，在哪里。

此外，NetTcpBinding配置有一个属性MaxConnection，但basicHttpBinding没有。
