与OSX 10.7相同的问题。我的解决办法：

cd /usr/bin 
sudo ln -s gcc gcc-4.0

的MySQL的Python的版本，我下载呼吁GCC-4.0 GCC已经是一个符号链接到苹果的gcc版本。

P.S.确保你已经安装了xcode和命令行工具
