为了使CTE你有 “LEFT JOIN #TEMPX T3”,但从来没有使用T3 - 将其删除。有很多列被放入临时表中,这些列从未被使用 - 杀死它们。

CAST()很昂贵,你正在加入。我会将一个计算列添加到_tbHRPro表。

ALTER TABLE _tbHRPro 
Add Column myDateTime As CAST(myDate AS datetime) + CAST(myTime as datetime)
