您不需要在这里通过self作为参数。

self.first_title_frame.configure(height=title_height, bg = 'black') 

在任何情况下，ttk.Frame小号似乎并没有让你直接配置他们的背景颜色。 bg未在“标准选项”或“特定于窗口小部件的选项”下列出here。请尝试使用style参数，如this后所述。
