@MattDMo哇,另一件我从来不会怀疑是这个新的Linux。事实证明,这正是问题所在。英特尔指南承担了root访问权限,因此如果我已经设置了root权限,命令就可以正常工作。相反,我使用'sudo'运行build命令,然后使用'sudo'运行'python setup.py install',一切正常。我的Numpy现在可以完美地与我的Xeon phi配合使用。非常感谢! –
