mobclix不显示任何广告，未能加载广告，错误代码503和999999

我正在开发android应用程序，我想在其中使用Mobclix来投放广告。 我已经下载了Mobclix SDK及其示例项目。 我用App_Id替换了示例项目中的App_Id，但它没有显示任何广告（甚至没有测试广告）。 当我看着自己的logcat，我看到下面是担忧：

广告请求失败error code: -999999

OR

广告请求失败，error code: -503

OR

广告要求失败error code: -777777

看看文档（sdk.html）包含用于错误代码描述的Mobclix SDK：

-503 // Advertisement is not available at this time. 
-777777 // Ad did not display because the app is not in the foreground. 
-999999 // Ad size has been disabled on the Mobclix Developer Dashboard.
