如何在Windows 10上解决kinect sdk 2安装失败问题10

Kinect SDK v2安装期间，Windows 10笔记本电脑出现故障。当操作系统处于Windows 8或8.1版本时，SDK以前在此计算机上工作。我已经升级到Windows 10并且无法重新安装Kinect SDK 2（在此期间已被卸载）。如何在Windows 10上解决kinect sdk 2安装失败问题10

最后什么工作对我来说是删除程序的缓存文件夹[ 'C：\ ProgramData \包高速缓存'。请注意，C：/ ProgramData是一个隐藏文件夹。
