看起来像你的多边形哈斯一个坐标系,你的观点在另一个。 4326是经纬度坐标的epsg代码,你的多边形可以是任何东西,但可能是一些utm区域。

找出你的多边形数据的EPSG代码,并使用协调你的数据库的转换功能转换为EPSG 4326 ...
