尝试更新的Eclipse ADT - v 20.0.0或以上从V 18.x

（经由ADT在Eclipse代替）手动下载杰利贝恩API在工具/机器人后，我在Eclipse中遇到一些奇怪的行为。

首选项中的Android文件夹现在不能再指定了！ 错误： 此Android SDK需要Android Developer Toolkit版本20.0.0或更高版本。当前版本是18.0.0.v201203301601-306762。请更新ADT到最新版本。

然后我尝试安装新软件，以获取此最新版本。这是不行的，与显示以下错误：

Eclipse安装缺少Eclipse Web Tools（其用于ADT插件中的XML编辑）。在老版本的Eclipse中安装它们直接在Android documentation中描述。
