从闪存摄像头

我在Android和我个人的项目工作中提取图像想从摄像头捕捉到的图像从这里添加到应用程序，如：

2.- Saving the screenshot in a database 
3.- Showing the screenshot in the app 

我用工具试图像www.screenshotlayer.com或www.whoapi.com但我的问题是：当脚本获取截屏，所以在截图只是表现出的装载机没有加载
